Items Eligible for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and cultural considerations, unless there was a shipping error or a manufacturing defect.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue (if applicable).
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

Return Shipping Costs

* If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item), we will cover all shipping costs.
* If the return is due to a personal change of mind or any reason not covered above, you will be responsible for all shipping fees (both ways).
